Camp Policies


You can Register On-line or by mail by Requesting a Brochure with application. Applications will not be
processed until all information on the application is complete. Read information carefully and provide
all information requested.

 

Tuition for each camper includes complete instruction, lunch, usage of camp facilities, insurance, team
photo and a Jim Kelly Football Camp t-shirt and hat.

 

$100 deposit or payment in full of $275 must be accompanied by this application in order to reserve
your spot at camp. Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Those accepted will
receive a written confirmation within two weeks of receiving the application.

 

The balance due of your tuition (if a deposit was paid before our deadline) may also be paid online.

All remaining balances are due by May 1st, 2012.

 

A written notice requesting cancellation will result in a refund, less a twenty-five ($25) processing fee.

 

Absolutely no refunds after June 15, 2012.

 

There will be a twenty-five ($25) charge for all returned checks.
